What Is A Strategic Partner?

  • A strategic partner is a person, company and/or non-profit organization that helps us accomplish our vision, missions, goals and objectives.

  • A strategic partner helps us "directly" with the specifics of our business model in order to get things done.

  • For Example:

    • Our business model at Home Guard is to fund, design, and build cement dome homes for people who have lost their homes to a natural disaster (wildfires, hurricanes/flooding, tornados, earthquakes).

    • In order to accomplish our objectives, we need experts in the home building industry including financing, insurance, title/escrow, building supplies, home design/engineering, home building/construction and furniture/appliances manufacturers.

    • Some of our Strategic Partners are:

      • Mortgage companies and banks​ for home financing

      • Insurance companies that offer residential insurance policies

      • Escrow and Title companies of all sizes

      • Architects and engineers to design cement dome homes

      • Lumber companies and home construction supply businesses  

      • Experienced dome home construction companies

      • Licensed home building contractors

      • Furniture/appliance manufacturers and/or resellers 

      • Suppliers and vendors for sustainable water, energy and food systems

Business Opportunities For Sponsors

What Is An Official Sponsor?

  • An Official Sponsor is a person, company and/or non-profit organization that helps us accomplish our vision, missions, goals and objectives.

  • They are similar to a Strategic Partner but, with one major difference.

  • An Official Sponsor helps us"indirectly" by helping us reach our goals and objectives with financial donations in exchange for being associated with our projects (a.k.a. official advertising-marketing sponsorships).

  • For Example:

    • Our business model at Home Guard is to fund, design, and build cement dome homes for people who have lost their homes to a natural disaster (wildfires, hurricanes/flooding, tornados, earthquakes).

    • In order to accomplish our objectives, we need sponsors to help us cover our overhead expenses (a.k.a. operation costs) and to contribute to the costs of building safe homes for as many homeowners as possible.

    • Some of our Official Sponsors are:

      • Fortune 1,000 Companies Globally

      • Mortgage companies and banks​ that offer home financing

      • Escrow and Title companies of all sizes

      • Insurance companies that offer residential insurance policies

      • Lumber companies and home construction supply businesses  

      • Home builders of all sizes 

      • Furniture/appliance manufacturers and/or resellers 

      • Regional companies in areas that have been devastated by natural disasters

      • Non-profit companies globally

      • And many many more

  • Can a Strategic Partner also be an Official Sponsor?

    • Absolutely!

    • For Example:

      • A global bank offers home mortgages and they want to be one of our Strategic Partners by  offering discounted mortgages to homeowners who have lost their homes in a natural disaster.

      • That same bank wants to also make a financial donation to be an Official Sponsor and those funds will help us to cover our expenses (overhead) and be applied as "home building grants" for one or more families!
