Who We Are

* We are Brad and Laurie Bowen, husband and wife and we've been married for thirty-six (36) years.

* We are legal citizens, born and raised, of The United States of America, and have lived in San Diego for the past thirty-six (36) years.

* Mr. Bowen was born and raised in upper state New York, attended Bryant & Stratton College in Buffalo NY, served in the Military with honorable distinctions, is an award-winning artist and publisher, and is the primary designer and developer of real estate projects named "NorthStar Stadium Resorts Intl." (see below)

* Mrs. Bowen was born and raised in San Diego, went to San Diego State University for television broadcasting, is an award-winning sales person and won $50,000 from a radio station contest in San Diego when she was younger (see below)

Business Organization

* Our project Home Guard is a "start up" project under the classification of sole proprietorship and will be incorporated when the timing is right.

* Home Guard is a division of "Guards With Shields" and "Guards With Shields" is a division of "The Bowen Organization."

* A separate office will be set up for Home Guard in the near future.

Donations

* All donations of money, products, services etc are made to help us design, fund and build cement dome homes for those in need and are NOT tax deductible. 

* All donations from donors are made with the full understanding that they are not receiving anything in return for their donation (except for recognition on our website).

* All donations from donors are made with the full understanding that the donations do not have to be repaid, a.k.a. "paid back" to the donor.

* All donations from donors are made with the full understanding that the donations are NOT an investment in any product or service or company. 

* This website, along with any fundraising websites and social websites, are NOT an offering of any legal securities of any kind. 

* Official Partners &/or Sponsors are offered specific advertising/marketing packages in return for their participation.  

 

Use Of Funds, a.k.a. Donations & Sponsorships

* One-hundred percent (100%) of all donations (money) and funds generated from Sponsors, will be used to help us run our company and design, fund and build cement dome homes for those in need. 

* Funds will be used to pay for all overhead (a.k.a. operations) which will pay for office leases(s), office equipment, fees, licenses, banking fees, taxes, salaries, etc.

* Funds will be used to pay for professional services including architects, engineers, consulting, surveyors etc.

* Funds will be used to hire experts to design cement dome homes of different shapes, sizes, costs etc.

* Funds will be used for building permits to build cement dome homes.

* Funds will be used to hire licensed and experienced cement dome home builders.

* Funds will be used to hire licensed and experienced contractors that build homes.

* Funds will be used to hire consultants in sustainable and green products and services that we want to include with our cement dome homes.

* Funds will be used to purchase sustainable and green products and services that we want to include with our cement dome homes.

* We reserve the right to make any and all decisions on the use and allocation of donations and sponsorship funds.

Charity or Non-Profit Status:

* We are NOT a registered charity at this point in time.

* None of the photos of any domes on our website are associated with our "Home Guard" projects and they are for illustration purposes only.

* Home Guard did NOT fund, design or build any of the domes that are displayed on our website and we do not own any of the domes.

* If you are the owner &/or builder of any of the domes that are displayed on our website, we would be happy to give you "credits", just drop us a message along with a copy of the photo of the dome.
